Our mechanical parts factory was passed down from my grandfather. He was among the first group of Chinese entrepreneurs in 1980. He only had 500 RMB at the time, and the rest of the money to start the factory was borrowed from his neighbors. Initially, he made a very simple part called a gear.


My grandfather was skilled in handicrafts from a young age, and he was the first worker in the factory. Later, as more orders came in, my grandfather started hiring employees. He saved up his first sum of money and bought his first machine tool, producing our own parts. Because he paid generously and the product quality was good, the factory quickly expanded. Due to the high quality of workmanship, suppliers began to commission my grandfather to make more parts.


 There were some parts he didn't know how to make, but he was always a studious and inquisitive person. Sometimes he would even take a two-day and two-night train ride to a factory in the north to find a master craftsman to learn processing techniques. Thanks to my grandfather's hard work and perseverance, from that initial single part, we were later able to process parts for entire systems, including gears, diesel pumps, chassis parts, and more.


After about 20 years, the factory had dozens of employees. My grandfather, the old craftsman, was finally unable to continue working and handed the factory over to my father. At that time, my father, as a younger generation, introduced more advanced management techniques and expanded many production lines.


 When the factory grew significantly, we were reported by competitors because our product prices were too low. Our competitors couldn't compete with our prices, so they resorted to underhanded tactics. We eventually resolved the issue through connections, but this incident taught us a valuable lesson: we couldn't engage in price wars. When we sell products at excessively low prices, it's difficult to guarantee product quality, and we also lose many high-quality customers.


Therefore, after this incident, we decided to add a high-quality production line, upgraded to more expensive machine tools, and invested heavily in training and hiring more experienced and skilled technicians. The cost increased by double compared to our previous products. But it was precisely because of this change that we attracted larger foreign clients through intermediary trading companies, such as well-known companies like Walmart.


For more than a decade, we have served customers in over 60 countries, and our team has helped countless vehicles return to construction sites, contributing to urban development in various countries. Building upon my grandfather's legacy and my father's improvements to the craft, combined with my own passion for mechanics, I will contribute to this industry in my own way in the future!
